Application

Foreign Applicants MUST send the application form and all required document to the Graduate Studies Program by 23 December 2011 (please see the address below) for the 1st Semester 2012 (June-October). You should send your application either by courier or registered mail. Please also make sure that your application would be delivered to the program office by 23 December 2011.

Note: for the 2nd Semester (November 2012 – March 2013), we will provide information later.

Qualification

Required Document

1)   1 copy of official transcript – Bachelor degree.

2)   1copy of Current academic transcript including a list

      of courses that the exchange candidate is currently

      enrolled in.

3)   1 copy of passport (identity page).

4)   (For non-English speaking country) 1 Copy of official

      certificate of English proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS),

      OR

     1 copy of approval of your English proficiency form

     your university.

Letter of Recommendation

You must have two letters of recommendation in support of your application. These letters should be from individuals who can evaluate your academic work, intellectual ability, or academic potential for graduate work. You should identify your recommenders as early as possible so they have time to prepare and submit your letter. Do not wait until you are ready to submit your application.
