Bachelor of Economics
The bachelor of Economics (Thai Program) admits about 300 students each year. The bachelor of Economics (International Program) admits about 150 students each year. Students who have completed two years of study have the opportunity to gain international experience by participating in the International Student Exchange Program.
Both programs offer comprehensive explorations into economic theory and applications in such fields as Monetary, Public, International, Industrial, Agricultural, Environmental, Development, and Political economics.
Graduate Studies in Economics
The Ph.D. Program provides advanced economic training and research opportunities on the doctoral level at international standards.
The masterís degree in economics (international) program is a full-time course aimed at producing economics graduates equipped with expertise in economic analysis. Coursework in theoretical and applied economics develops advanced academic and professional abilities in research.
The master in economics (Thai) program is a part-time course, designed for students who work at full-time jobs. Graduates are expected to apply their study experience and economic knowledge to their jobs.
The masterís degree in business economics is also a part-time course focusing on applying economic theory and tools to modern business practice. It prepares business professionals with skills and understanding in economics.
The masterís degree in international trade law and economics, offered in cooperation with the Thammasat University Faculty of Law, provides a multidisciplinary program of legal studies and economics.
