EconTU Holds “Office Syndrome Therapeutic Massage” Activity to Promote Staff Health and Well-Being

The Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University, held a well-being initiative titled “Office Syndrome Therapeutic Massage” for its staff at both the Rangsit and Thaprachan campuses, aimed at promoting physical health, relieving work-related tension and fatigue, and raising awareness of the importance of health care and proper workplace habits.

The activity was held on two occasions: the first on Monday, 19 October 2026, at Common Room Y, 1st Floor, Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus; and the second on Thursday, 22 October 2026, at the Co-Working Space, 5th Floor, Thaprachan Campus — targeting a total of 60 staff members from both campuses.

During the activity, staff received massage services to help relax muscles and relieve work-related aches and pains, along with guidance on proper posture and basic stretching, provided by a team of specialists from FS Exim Health Center Co., Ltd., who bring extensive experience and expertise in health care.

This activity is part of the Faculty’s broader approach to promoting staff well-being, aiming to help staff maintain a healthy work-life balance, reduce work-related tension and fatigue, and build knowledge and awareness to prevent health problems caused by poor working habits — ultimately supporting good quality of life and sustained, effective performance in the long run.
