The Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University collaborated with AIA Company Limited to organize a training program on equity and bond securities analysis.

The Economic Research and Training Center (ERTC) of the Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University, in collaboration with AIA Company Limited, organized a training program titled "Macroeconomics and Industry Analysis for Equity and Bond Markets." This program aims to enhance the knowledge of AIA Premier Advisors in financial planning through an investment finance curriculum to understand changes in investment returns. It includes practical applications and extensions of fundamental analysis theories by using macroeconomic data and relevant industry-level information to analyze current investment situations in equity and bond markets. This will enable advisors to plan and design comprehensive investments that cater to the diverse lifestyles of various client groups in a rapidly changing global context.

The program is a 24-hour practical workshop, taught by expert lecturers from the Faculty of Economics at Thammasat University, including Assistant Professor Dr. Wasin Siwasarit, Assistant Professor Dr. Kittichai Saelee, and Assistant Professor Dr. Sicha Thubdimphun. The opening ceremony took place on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at the Auditorium of Sathorn City Tower. The event was honored by the presence of Ms. Kanya Kantathavorn, Director of Marketing Management and Communications at AIA Company Limited, who delivered the opening speech, and Assistant Professor Dr. Supachai Srisuchart, Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Thammasat University, who welcomed the program participants.
